As part of the PopUp Series Art Show, Simon Metke and I carved, painted and installed a forest of giant mushrooms in a local restaurant in Downtown Calgary. Each mushroom was then video mapped to project images onto them to create a stunning augmented reality experience of having moving eyes, and Chestier Cat smiles. Our pieces helped to transform the space into a fantasy wonderland for a few weeks. To accompany the mushroom forest, I also created a couple of My Little Pony sculptures in a low poly style.
