The Garden (2019)

An 80-foot geometric mural enveloping the Hilton Garden Inn in East Village, commissioned through the Artio program and nominated for a mayoral art award. Using translucent vinyl printed with vibrant, nature-inspired forms, The Garden transforms a building façade into a secret forest that beckons passersby to pause and reflect. Coordinating with architects and commercial construction teams, the installation met code requirements within the hotel’s renovation timeline—proving that large-scale public art can integrate seamlessly into architectural envelopes without structural intervention. The work demonstrates how overlooked surfaces can become destinations.
